A LONG HISTORY IN THE COAL BUSINESS
Our coal business was established by the Thomas Brothers in the 1930s. It was taken over by Denis Peate in 1983, who re-named the business D.H. Peate. In 1996 Denis's son, Roger, joined the business and it was decided that in addition to the coal business we would provide the service of selling gas bottles.
In 2002 the business expanded to join in with the oil market. Roger obtained all the qualifications that were required to enable the business of D.H. Peate to become a fuel distributor.
